Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

I cant download ME Legendary edidion at all. I do not own the game, i have it on EA Play (and i have that from xbox live ultimate). I have contacted microsoft support already, and we isolated the pro...

    Well, reporting a bug using the EA app must have helped, because it started to download

I can confirm reporting solve nothing! Since four days I have the same issue and I have pushed EA support as far I could. They told me to check my pc! So what Hagendar can think it's a lie. The problem persists and their ea experts will take the lead.

When I download it keeps me displaying the same message like he had. I have to stay behind the screen and unpause the download to go forward. Unfortunately it does not download anything. EA apps needs to be updated.
