Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

I cant download ME Legendary edidion at all. I do not own the game, i have it on EA Play (and i have that from xbox live ultimate). I have contacted microsoft support already, and we isolated the pro...

Well, reporting a bug using the EA app must have helped, because it started to download

Hey!!!!!!!!!!!! i think i found a issue resolve i tried just about everything in this thread but i was able to fix this issue with something easy idk if you are dopwnloading to an external drive but i am and i had to manually make a "EA Games" folder then download to that folder then it downloaded easy!

Nothing seems to work, even filed a bug report on it. EA App won't let me download Mass Effec Legendary Edition.

It just says "preparing" and then download error message. I've tried everything it feels like.

Edit: Solved. This worked for me. I changed my region in EA App Setting to United Kingdom (I'm from Sweden). Now the game is downloading.
