I am having this same issue where I can't pick up any weapons or mods. I am on PC and using a few mods myself.
Here is my attached dxdiag, but if you know could you also tell me how to figure this out on my own using the dxdiag?

The DxDiag contains basic system informations and references to problems on the system due to WER (Windows Error Reporting) reports.
It rarely displays the cuprite just like that. So it is a mixture of knowledge about the OS, the meaning of entries in the DxDiag and experience.
Nothing that could be taught on a forum like this. Sorry.
Did you already tried to repair the game as mentioned in post 2?
