Crash to launcher on Tuchanka (ME2)
First visit to Tuchanka, I crashed immediately to the launcher when trying to talk to the Nakmor ambassador.

@Gannayevvv If you play through Origin, clear its cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the MELE icon, and select Repair.
If you play through Steam, open your Steam library, click on the MELE entry, click the gear icon to the right of the title, select Manage > Properties > Local Files, and click the button to verify the integrity of the game files.
