[EA app] ME3 Online Access Error When Launching Game

I've been struggling for the past several months to play the Mass Effect 3 online co-op multiplayer due to the known "An online pass is required to access online features of the game" error. I had previously purchased this game through Origin, and now can be access through the EA app. I have previously been able to access online multiplayer modes, but for some reason I am now experiencing this issue.
I have already read through the pinned topic regarding this issue and have completed the steps of deleting EA app licenses and temporary data files, which have not resolved my issue. I have also reached out to numerous EA online chat support staff, who have told me to follow the previous steps alongside reinstalling the app and game. These steps have not resolved this issue either. I have mentioned issues with online "entitlements" and "online access errors" to hopefully have the staff to remove and/or re-add game licenses and entitlements, but none seem to be aware of the correct steps.
Issue Info:
-Mass Effect 3 [PC], purchased through Origin/EA app
-Online pass error preventing me from accessing multiplayer
-Already deleted licenses and temporary data per instructions on pinned thread
-Online chat support has instructed me to do the earlier steps and to reinstall the EA app and game. I have followed these steps and it has not resolved my issues.
Hoping someone on staff here can make a note on my case file to help online chat staff actually resolve this issue. I have attempted to fix this several times over the past few months to no avail. @EA_Shepard
