EA App not launching Mass Effect

The EA App will not launch Mass Effect at all.

Followed the suggestions to a T-- uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Cleared the cache and restarted the app and my PC. Tried repairing the game through the repair option in app. It refused to launch, instead the title card would show like it was about to launch and then would disappear immediately, back to the game page on the launcher. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, all my games except for Mass Effect are uninstalled as of now. I reinstalled the EA app, in case there was a weird update that was bugging my stuff out. Nothing has helped. When I spoke with support, they said it's not even showing that I own the game on their end now; I'm kind of at my wit's end here.
