Enjoying 'Insanity' difficulty
I'm coming to appreciate 'Insanity' difficulty as the 'best' way to play. Though it is tough.
Started another trilogy playthrough (mid-way Mass Effect 2 currently).

Mass Effect is one of my all time favourites (of course. 😁) but, playing on a PC, I always thought the game is to easy overall, even most of the time on insanity.
Mass Effect 1 is viable on insanity.
The most tricky missions in Mass Effect 2 are considered to be Horizon and the Collector Base.
Pleased to have got through both of those. 🙂
The hardest part on insanity (or any difficulty) is in the Archangel recruitment mission where you have to turn a corner and there's a pyro right in your face. Worse if you left one of your team mates behind as support.
I did leave a teammate behind on the Archangel mission.
But I also brought a missile launcher which shoots around corners, taking out the Vorcha Flamer with 2 or 3 shots. 😉
The next challenge for me is the Derelict Reaper... 🙂
I use the Cain on that one.... 😈
