[FIXED] Unable to authorize From Ashes DLC (CASE #08000915)

I own Mass Effect 3: Digital Deluxe Edition (and the Collector's Edition, more details below)

Long story short, my online pass went *poof* when I needed to do a Weekend Challenge fix to redeem my commendation pack in multiplayer, so I used EA's live chat to get some help. They gave me a new online pass, but I just realized that there's two versions (normal and N7 Collector's Edition).  They gave me the normal version and I am unable to play single player because From Ashes cannot be authorized. Really big bummer since I'm planning to get the Citadel DLC.

So I used EA's live chat again and discussed the issue. They gave me a redeemable code for the Collector's Edition of the game, but nothing changed (kind of saw this coming since it's an online pass issue and not one with the game itself).

So... how can I undo this mess and get From Ashes re-authorized?

    Fixed. I contacted an advisor for a third time (this time presenting my case number) and was extremley helpful! Literally it took less than 10 minutes to re-authorize the DLC.

    I guess it depends on who you talk to.

    I had the same issue...ask the EA support for e new code for "From the ashes". It took some time until they found the entry, but there is an additional code for it.

    You are so luck.  I'm on my 5th person and 8 attempt to get someone to help me.  No one has helpped and they even had me removed and reinstall the game and all the dlc ☹️
