FPS drops and audio lags in ME1 Legendary Edition

My FPS drops dramatically and I got audio lags, everything usually starts after about 30 minutes of playing. I tried pretty much everything that has been suggested as a possible culprit of this behav...

Nothing to laugh about, that is a good indicator.

I still would like to make sure and see what happens in your system.

  • Download hwinfo64 (The green button) > Install and execute the program > Sensors only. 
  • Click on the sheet with the green cross (logging) > give the file a name and save it to a place of your choice. 
  • Wait 5 Minutes > Start the MELE > Play until the problems start > Stop the hwinfo logging (the sheet again)
  • Rename the Log to > ">your name for the file<.CSV.txt"
  • Upload the Log file here as you did with the DxDiag.

Furthermore, there are clear indicators in your DxDiag that the component store is damaged.
The component store is what windows uses for repair operations, updates and so on. 
The commandos should fix the store, but I think it is damaged behind repair after what you quoted. 

But let address this later.

Hi, I'm posting my log. I hope I did it correctly. I started new game for it, stopped logging after it's started to lag again on the end of Eden Prime. The whole PC was kinda lagging, I could barely type over here until I closed game.
