Having problems with loading/saving the game

Each time I try to save or load the game I get this error "A problem occurred while saving the game. No game session data was preserved. Please try again".  Even when I try to change any of the settings this message pops up. Anybody for the rescue?

    Same problem except i'm using the desktop app, any ideas? Tried running as admin, allowing it through controlled access and added to my origin account but nothing. Still says the same error.. what ever happened to simply load, play and save lol
