Having trouble with Samara Loyalty Mission

Trying to play through ME2 right now, but no matter what encounter I do (correctly, according to all the right steps), I always get Samara's failure dialogue. I don't have any mods that affect the mi...

    It should.

    If not you need to vanilla the game and apply your other mods after that again.
