Help. Run ME1 via EA Launcher needs Admin Privileges but won't run.

Discovered if I login to my administrator account and run from that account instead of my user account it works properly but I never have and never will work or play from within my administrator account. That's a big security risk.

Go to your game "Binaries" folder.
(Usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Mass Effect\Binaries\")
Right click the "MassEffect.exe" > properties > Compatibility.
Set the Game to run in the compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service pack 2) > click OK
Test.

If that don't works try other compatibility modes.
