Help! Stuck on Loading Screen After Boarding the Ship in ME3 Citadel Mission

 after fighting through the vehicle shop and trying to board the ship, my game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen. I’ve tried:  
- Reinstalling the game  
- Disabling all mods  
- Reloading earlier saves  
Nothing works

Playing on Steam (Legendary Edition). Any fixes or suggestions? Thanks!
