Mass Effect: Andromeda - "You are not allowed to access online features"
Whenever I try to connect online in Mass Effect: Andromeda I see the message "You are not allowed to access online features". I'm able to play other games fine online. I've tried clearing my ea app cache, unlinking and re-linking steam, and changing my dns settings. From what I read on the EA forums this is an issue that only EA support can fix, potentially by removing and re-adding the game to my account. I'd really appreciated any help with this issue, would love to be able to properly play the game I own. Thank you in advance. Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.412Views2likes11Commentshalf of a product

Anytime I try to access multiplayer I get a "missing online access" message and I've tried every solution I could find on google and every time I try to contact an advisor I'm just given the run around, either with "fixes" that don't work or just referred to another advisor with the same "solutions" I've been through 5 different advisors today, I want to 100% the game but can't because of this and I've found no helpSolved203Views1like11Comments[PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error
Commander, you've received a new message at your private terminal! Ready to jump back in the game and save the galaxy? Are you running into an error that matches the following: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC"? Below are the steps to help resolve this error when launching both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Checking your account First things first. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. With older titles, we may often end up with multiple EA accounts without realizing it. Use the following steps to verify you are in the correct account. Head on over to EA.com and log in with your EA credentials. Under the About Me section, make sure you see a Mass Effect ID. If you play on Epic/Steam/Switch, check the Connections tab at the bottom of the page to verify the accounts are linked. Click on Order History, change the drop-down to match All, and scroll through the content, as there should be logs here with each DLC name. Note: If the EA account previously had an EA Play subscription, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to any additional content the subscription provides. You can read more about what content is included in the Learn about EA Play article. Once you verify you are in the correct account, perform the following steps below as these should help reinstall the DLC content and resolve these errors. I played the multiplayer way back when it was first released on the Xbox 360 and hoped to jump in again on PC/Steam for old times' sake. However, I've found that while the old Xbox Live Gamertag I had and Origin/PC profiles are on the same account, they are separate from each other. Is there a way I can transfer my old data from way back to PC and overwrite the inconsequential progress?Solved127Views0likes4Comments[PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode

As the title says, I've been having trouble connecting to Mass Effect Andromeda's online servers and been scouring the internet for solutions. I've deleted files, restarted the EA app, verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I remember getting it to work at some point by either tweaking, disabling, or deleting some Window licenses it was weird. This was also when I first played it through EA Play. I don't know if buying it through Steam after that caused new issues. I can play Mass Effect 3's Multiplayer just fine so that rules out any internet connection problem, I think.
