Somebody on reddit posted a picture of the 2 new presets, added on patch 1.08.
Also, other than some complexion for the faces and some tweaks there is nothing.
The hairstyles are always the same, but they are no more ''gender locked'' now .
All in all, a disappointment.
Dragon Age: Inquisition CC , which is a 2014 game, still trumps this garbage.
As a player of the female Ryder I am happy with that new look I have to say.

But otherwise...All of the custom preset seem to have been slightly tweaked, they are bit more "mellow" by default now.
Also, changing complexion now changes the eyebrows, so that's nice. Still can't freely choose eye/nose/mouth shape but step in the right direction.

It's not hard, but there are only 2-3 presets you can properly pull it of. The others have way too "ethnic" skull shapes/face structures to look caucasian even if you get the skin tone right.
The opposites are true also, you can't make an asian, black or any other ethnicity with all of the presets, just a few.
Well, I was more criticizing what BIOWARE gave to us. This is the absolute worse character creator I have seen in years. Their games from a decade ago had better character creators. This is absolutely absurd.
