How do I log a ticket with this company?

So, I finally beat a platinum (casual gamer), and go to spend my credits...  POOF!  The fruit of my labor disappears.  How do I get my 150k+ credits back that I lost about an hour ago?  I've only beaten platinum once, so it should be pretty easy to find, prove and fix this one.

I see how to get technical support, but the ingame seems limited to a 40 minute wait live chat or a forum post.  Here's my forum post, I hope this forum is monitored.

  • The AHQ is for "player-to-player" self-help.  No one here can do anything about what happens in the MP (or the EA/Origin) Store.

    The only people who can are the EA Customer Support folk at: http://help.ea.comThat's  how you "log a ticket".

    More info:  The round completed March 10, 02:28 GMT, with my store visit immediately afterwards.  I bought a supply crate successfully, and my winnings from the prior round were gone.

    Yep, once the game is released, I guess EA figures they've done their job & it's on to the next one
  • Sometimes it takes patience and persistence, but I've had excellent results from the EA Customer Service team  across well over a dozen cases covering five different games.

    But how did you actually make contact? There's no way to log a support ticket, only the live chat/request phone call page that doesn't actually offer the live chat option...?

    @Anonymous This thread is from 2013, so no doubt a few things have changed. If the support page doesn't offer a live chat option, you may be able to get around that by selecting a different region.
