13 years agoHow do I log a ticket with this company?
So, I finally beat a platinum (casual gamer), and go to spend my credits... POOF! The fruit of my labor disappears. How do I get my 150k+ credits back that I lost about an hour ago? I've only beaten platinum once, so it should be pretty easy to find, prove and fix this one.
I see how to get technical support, but the ingame seems limited to a 40 minute wait live chat or a forum post. Here's my forum post, I hope this forum is monitored.
The AHQ is for "player-to-player" self-help. No one here can do anything about what happens in the MP (or the EA/Origin) Store.
The only people who can are the EA Customer Support folk at: http://help.ea.com. That's how you "log a ticket".
