How to download the backstory for MassEffect2 on PS3

I am lucky enough to have two PS3 consoles - and I want to now play Mass Effect2 on my other console, as my other console that was shipped from the UK to Australia is mostly used by my sister now and has all her other games on there.

The problem with Mass Effect on my Australian PC is that I can't seem to download the backstory - I don't really care about any of the other DLC content - just the backstory.

Can someone please advise how to do this, or who at EA can authorise this?  (I feel that once again DRM is ruining our gaming....)
