Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

@ThessianBlue Same here. I put the game down and won't be playing again until the issue is resolved. A patch allegedly rolled out yesterday, but I can't download it yet.

Just check your Xbox updates,

The correct version is now: 1.0.162.1548

      ok,

      in that case the hotfix didn't change the patch numbering.

      I saw the 300mb download and it fixed two of my achievements.

      I know I have the latest version and that's its number - but as you say the number may be unchanged until the next proper patch.
