Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

I have beaten all three games, 1 once, 2 twice, and 3 twice, I made a save file today that has a romance of Liara in 1 and Garrus in 2, did a speed-ish-run until before the cerburas base attack for the "romance" scene with Liara and didn't get Paramore 3. Last achievement I need

Just got to the romance scene in ME2 on PS4 copy (playing on PS5) with Tali and no trophy. Hopefully a fix is rolled out for this pretty soon and the effort to make them restroactive should be taken. the ME games are not exactly short.
