Legion's loyalty mission and bugged door

I'm currenlty on Legion's loyalty mission and doors are bugged as hell. They remain locked even though I've killed all enemies. Reload seemed to fix it for a moment, then the third door happened and I'm stuck. I've tried to fix the game through origin and reinstalled it, but northing seems to work. I've also tried using different saves (even from an hour before the mission's start).

Please, can someone help me with this? I really want to finish this game but I'm stuck.

    Had that problem hat my very first playthrough. Make sure there's no Geth stuck on any objects (Doorways for example) in the environment.

    Well, it's a very small room with like 6 geths inside and i'm pretty sure I've killed them all and no one got stuck. I guess I'm just going to skip this mission then. Too bad, because I was really looking forward to do it.

    Skipping is not without risk. (for Legion) 😉 All I can tell you is that in my mission the Geth was completely invisible, I only figured it out by looking hat the HUD where one red triangle was left.
