@SamPolio Thanks for confirming you're still able to get that import bonus! We are looking into this issue as well, but that's definitely good to know for the time being.

YES this needs to be fixed ASAP.

I am unable to start a Mass effect 2 character with all the proper rewards for importing a level 60 character. such as level 5, and 50k of each resource. And that is a major, major buzz kill. I know it is being worked on. But I hope it is resolved soon, very soon because as it stands I don't want to play ME 2 unless I get my full rewards for a level 60 character
