    @SamPolio Thanks for confirming you're still able to get that import bonus! We are looking into this issue as well, but that's definitely good to know for the time being.

Unable to reach level 60 AND get the last skill point.

XP overflow at level 29 on legendary scale can be fixed by switching to classic and gaining xp which gives you level 30. But even with full 862100xp level 60 cannot be reached and on either scale you do NOT get the last skill point no matter what.
