I saw a comparison video showing Fist's Russian dubbing, and I really feel for you guys. It sounds like a parody.
Now, if I understand correctly, originally ME1 didn't have Russian dubbing, but the sequels did, and now they dubbed ME1 with different actors and changed the subtitles to a worse localization than what the game had before. In that case it would be ideal for Russian players to have a chance to get the original text files as well as the English VO.

This is Twitter from the ME Legendary Edition director. You can write to him about our problem, ask him to add the option "ENGLISH VOICE + RUSSIAN SUBTITLES" to ME1 Legendary.
- 4 years ago@Fred_vdp No, sequels does’nt have Russian dubbing, only ME1. And this dub is terrible. All russian community want to play ME1 with eng voice and rus subs, like in ME2,3. But the problem is that you cannot choose a combination of voice acting and subtitles, only the entire localization

I stand corrected!
But yeah, the combo of voice and text languages should be standard in any game. I remember playing Zelda: Breath of the Wild with German VO because the English voice acting at times is terrible, but I still kept the English subtitles. It's also a good way to learn to understand a language better.
