Mass Effect 1 (legendary) - separate settings for voices & text language?

Dear EA and Bioware! Please add the ability to combine voice acting and subtitles for Mass Effect 1 from the Legendary Edition collection on all platforms. So that you can play with English voice acting and Russian subtitles. Russian voice acting in this game is very poor quality! The characters do not open their mouths during the dialogues. On a regular basis, there are unvoiced sentences! The characters communicate, but there is no sound! A lot of distorted meaning in the translation of Russian voice acting!
