Multiplayer account issue

Hello!

I got the urge to play the multiplayer on PC even if just solo but when i downloaded the game and selected multiplayer, my profile had lost all progress. How do I get this progress back? I have logged into my N7HQ account and can see my profile but when i click re-sync on the support tab it does not seem to update in game. I want my Cerberus Harrier again!
