Rendering issue

so I recently purchased mass effect and this seems to be a graphics rendering issue. All of the white highlights are red.I do not believe It’s  my system as I played this game and have 144 hours and I’ve never had this issue utilizing the Xbox app previously . I’ve sent done away with the Xbox app and have gone directly through EA.

Since going directly through, I’ve had nothing but problems with games .

I repaired the game as well as uninstalled it and reinstalled it it does not fix the issue.
Please help me rectify the situation thank you
