- Make sure Steam and EA app are closed.
- Disable the internet connection of your PC.
- Go to your "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\” folder.
- Move the "ME2" folder to your Desktop. (The folder must be gone from the original path!)
Do not restore the internet connection until you tested the game! - Test the game.

The WER (Windows error reporting) data on your system can't be read by the DxDiag as it seems, so don''t know if you have the same problem.
You can try if the above helps as well, the path to the Andromeda Saves is "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect Andromeda\Save\".
You would have to move the "Save" folder.

Hey so what if I don't have a ME2 folder in Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\?
No launch profile, no saves, nothing.
