Mass Effect 2: Where do I put custom outfit file for squadmates?

I am surprised of that guy who put those files and didn't put instructions! So I came here to know where to put those files.
what is Texmod? and what is ME3 Explorer? isn't it for mass effect 3? but I am talking about mass effect 2 by the way.
I never modded mass effect 2.
I can't reach to the guide please look at the first screenshot.

Those are the files they can't be opened easily they arenot like the exe files please look at the second screenshot.

Can you figure out how to activate or where to put those files please?

Btw, ME3 explorer works for ME2 as well.   

Thanks for the information, I just wanted to use the outfits and nothing else.
