Mass Effect 2 won’t download - Xbox One

Hey, so I played through ME1 fine and am ready to move onto ME2 on Xbox One Legendary Edition.

For some reason the game just won’t install.  Was stuck on 0% for ages.  I cancelled the install, reloaded the Xbox and tried again.  Has been stuck on 1% for 8hrs.

Anybody have any ideas?  Internet connection is completely fine can download other games no issues.

Thanks for any help!  Really disappointed I can’t play!

    Hi there, @CeejWeapon22 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Yes, but how do you do that? I’m sorry I’m not sure the steps. Would you be able to write them down for me?

    @EA_Aljo hi I went into this thread as I'm having the same issue. I've tried your suggestion but this isn't working. Is there a step by step you could explain please in case I'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance

    @CeejWeapon22 Did you uninstall every time and then use the website store to install? I've tried so many times and it keeps downloading only the first one.

    I'm not sure how I can explain those instructions better. What part of them were you confused about? Also, just to be sure, is your download getting stuck at 0%?

    I have the exact same issue mass effect one plays fine mass effect 2 does not install. On Xbox series x loved the original really disappointed it will not install correctly

    Sometimes you have to click  install from the main menu because I have been noticing lately that the Automatic Installation Updates Checker software on Xbox is not working properly and needs to be manually installed.  Also With all 3 games installed at once it takes up approximately 93.8GB of Storage

    I did a hard reset (unplugged power for a minute) and that didn't change anything. 

    But when I selected it to download I then closed out of the game. And watched it download in my cue, took maybe 30 minutes. 

    Though the game wouldn't start so I reset and everything works fine.

    Hope this might help someone.
