There are errors of EA app and ME3 in your DxDiag.
lets start with EA app.
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Then:
- Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller. (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > EA app.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Advance" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete.
- Restart the PC
- Download a new EA app setup exe from here. (Do it even if you already have the installer!)
- Install EA app.
- Run EA app as Administrator > Click the EA app shortcut on your desktop > Run as Administrator.
- Test.

So i have gone through this process twice now, cleared the temp folder, completely cleared out the EA app, redownloaded and installed, ran as administrator, and booted up ME3, only to still have the same crashing problem.
Whatever it is, this isn't getting us past the finish line unfortunately. What should i try next?

Do you use or did you used Mods?
Did you edited game files? Please preform a Clean Boot:
A clean boot is a process that starts Windows with a minimal set of services and startup programs. This can help eliminate or find software conflicts.
How to perform the clean boot:- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type “msconfig” (Without the quotes.) > Enter.
- In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.
- Check the box that says, “Hide all Microsoft services”.
- Click Disable all. (Make sure the EABackgroundService remains enabled.)
- Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.
- In the Task Manager, disable all startup items that are activated.
- Close Task Manager and go back to the System Configuration window, then click OK.
- Restart the computer, the PC will start into clean boot mode.
- Test the Game
