I cant get ahold of any rep to talk to so i can play the online. Anyone know anyways i can fix this?

Community ManagerSausageSheriff If you follow the steps here: [PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode and they do not work, let me know what happened with the chatbot so that I can test it, or pass that feedback along.
Sadly, we have no control over that part. We would need to reach out and have it looked into. I have tested it countless times, and I always get an agent, so if players are not on their end, we need to take each step.
