Hey, I'm having a problem with Mass Effect Andromeda. When I try to connect to the server, I get a message that I don't have access to online features. I tried reinstalling and repairing the game, but that didn't help

EA_Shepard I'm having the same online access problem too. I already reinstalled EA App and mass effect andromeda and it still doesn't work.
I bought the game in 2017 and I had an EA play pro until august 2025. I could play the game normally.
Since the subriscription was cancelled I can't access online in ME:A anymore.
Could you please take a look to my account and help me too ? :)
EA_Shepard i am having the same problem, just reinstalled mE A today and cant get it to work online. I talked with 3 guys on live chat but none of them knew what to do. they all said that "i should post it on the community"
I own the game and i even have a sub ..... but i cant manage to get the game to play online / connect to online services

I'm having the same issue and I've owned the game from day1, can someone please help, EA support are not getting in touch with me and I've reported this multiple times EA_Shepard please help- I've deleted temp files and licence files- I've repaired and revalidate data caches on the EA app- any local forum advice I have essentially followed
