Please follow the steps in the OP of this thread.
If deleting EA License Files and clearing Windows temp files don't help, contact support in the way described in the post.
If support is not able to help you tag EA_Shepard in the thread I linked.

Hi,
I did try both of those things and they did not work. Support seems deeply confused about this (not sure if they are bots or not). I've tried to reply to the tread you linked but replies have been locked.
