EA_Shepard Hello, i had this same issue with mass effect andromeda and managed to get it resolved with support but now my save is missing. Is there a way to recover it?
You are on a PC?
This problem should not affect your save files.
The standard save path on PC is "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect Andromeda\Save", did you checked that path?
If it is indeed empty and you already started the game being online, something that should have trigger the cloud saves to be synchronized with your local saves, there is unfortunately no way to recover the save files.
