Community ManagerYakouille Thanks. For yours, I will need you to first get in contact with Live Support and create a case on your account. I do not see one on there at the moment. They know how to resolve this one. Without an active case, no changes can be made to the account that is having the issue.
I followed your instructions by contacting support, as shown in the photo below. Once I did that, I was redirected to the next screen, where I was given the choice between an automatic solution or contacting technical support. I tried all the automatic solutions, but it still does not work. I therefore wanted to contact customer service, but I do not have that option, so I allowed myself to come back here to ask you for help.
No ticket was opened following my request.
Sorry to insist EA_Shepard, but didn't you have a solution for me? Because I can't open a case; it keeps sending me back to the self-help system.

So, first apologies for not replying to you on this one. For some reason, my notifications were not sending me the right ones so i never saw this. I will take a look for you and update you on this.
Community ManagerYakouille I took a look at the account. I do not see that the game is owned, only MP content from the EA Play sub. If you do own the game, I need the EA ID that it was purchased or owned on.
