Community ManagerYakouille I took a look at the account. I do not see that the game is owned, only MP content from the EA Play sub. If you do own the game, I need the EA ID that it was purchased or owned on.

Community ManagerYakouille It is not a matter of you not owning it. It is an account issue. EA Play had some isues a while back that caused this. If the game was purchased on Steam only they can remove it. Let me look.
Community ManagerYakouille Log back into Steam and verify the integrity of the files, and then log in again and let me know if it gives the same error.
