It looks like the game executable tries to execute code in an area of memory were it should not be executed.
This is an access violation and the process is killed by the OS because of it.
However, it's difficult to say why this is happening.
It's probably not a bug in the game, but rather something else interfering.
There are also lots of BSOD errors in your DxDiag. At what point do the blue screens appear?
The BSODs are actually unrelated to Andromeda. Those were a result of War Thunder's BattleEye anti-cheat system clashing with my RAM, which I've since changed out and stopped receiving crashes from. I also regularly delete the BattleEye folder to force a clean reinstall every few days now to avoid its **bleep**ery.
With Andromeda, it just shuts down the program and goes back to desktop. I think I only have gotten one BSOD with Andromeda, but that was likely because I accidentally had my mods load order inverted, which was pretty stupid of me.
With Skyrim, I know installing it in the Program Files usually screws with modded games, but even without mods, Andromeda is still crashing repeatedly, so it being in C:\ProgramFiles\EAGames shouldn't matter, AFAIK. Plus, I have Mass Effect LE installed there and modded, and don't have any issues.
EDIT 21 JULY 5:07PM EST:
I seem have to fixed the issue, at least pertaining to crashing on the shuttle from Hyperion to Habitat 7. Clean install, deleted everything except the files marked "_profile" in Documents\BioWare\MassEffectAndromeda\Saves, and seemingly most importantly: disabled Backup ASLR and Control Flow Guard for MassEffectAndromeda.exe in my Windows Security control panel. (ONLY for MEA.exe, not my whole computer- a program override rather than a system-wide override.) Based on this Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/MassEffectAndromeda/comments/1jiblt2/fix_andromeda_crashing_on_launch_windows_11/) it led me to add MEA.exe to the handled programs, then manually disable Backup ASLR and CFG for it. I successfully made it through the shuttle ride to Habitat 7, at the very least. (Previously, it would either crash or I'd be stuck in the atmospheric re-entry scene.)
EDIT 21 JULY 8:05PM EST:
I'm now getting a freeze that registers as a crash as soon as Ryder wakes up on the Hyperion following the Habitat 7 Prologue mission. As soon as I select the first dialogue choice, the game freezes. Crash log .dmp gives the same error code, but now the error is "INVALID_POINTER_READ_c0000005_MassEffectAndromeda.exe!Unknown" instead of it being "SOFTWARE_NX_FAULT_INVALID_POINTER_EXECUTE_c0000005_MassEffectAndromeda.exe!Unknown".
So back to square one, I suppose.
