Mass Effect Infiltrator
I purchased Mass Effect Infiltrator for my Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and when i try to download the update, it just keeps telling me that it cannot connect to the EA servers. The prompt tells me to go to the eamobile.com/country gate and go to customer support, but when i do all this its a hassle to find anything on the game or trying to find help to resolve this issue. what can i do? i just want to play the game ...

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that there are no background processes running.
2. Ensure that you have the most updated version of the game and your device's latest firmware running on your Mobile device.
3. Turn Location Services ON.
4. Click Settings from the home menu or the 'App Menu' (from outside the game) > Applications > Manage Applications > click Mass Effect Infiltrator and check the Android Compatibility Box.
5. Click Settings from the home menu or the 'App Menu' (from outside the game) > Applications > Manage Applications > click Dead Space and check the Android Compatibility Box.
6. Exit the game, turn off and reset your device, then restart the game.Please let us know if that helped you.
