Mass Effect UNC: Espionage probe

Verge Cluster, Amazon system, Agebinium planet; went to Distress beacon in the mine, have to disable hard point on the bomb.

I do so with 2-3 seconds left on timer, get XP  then  the bomb blows up, I get a critical failure.

Am I doing this wrong or is it an unfixed bug??

    @primealien

    There are three hard points on this Bomb, did you disabled them all?

    If so, try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair) ((in steam  > right click at ME2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.)
