ME LE edition magically changed and support can't do anything about it

@holger1405nah, probably k inguin or site like that one, when i reedemed i rember italian as a supported language tho, i think the languages were italian, french, german and spanish if i remember correctly, but i am 100% sure it was the correct version of the game. Edit: last time i played the game was july 2022,  first time maybe a month or two after the launch, why during this timeline never had problem and after almost a year this thing happened? I just want to play in my language again, with a modified launcher i don't have problem but still i feel teased that even the support can't do something about that

    Sorry, if support has confirmed they can't help, we don't have any further steps.
    It sounds like the code gifted didn't have Italian, but due to a bug/your previous install, it let the game still access italian.

    I know we've had some quiet backend cleanups around some older games over the past few months, so I'd assume that edge cases like this were addressed during such actions, but I don't have any confirmation.

    Sorry again that we can't assist with the matter.
