Title.When in the launcher, the game has no problem detecting any controller I have connected to my PC. When I launch any of the games, the game does not detect the controller in anyway, as if it's not even connected. I can't find any way around this? What's the issue?

Is anyone else having an issue when using an Xbox One controller and having it skip menu options? The game also appears to be toggling between trying to use my controller and my keyboard. The Origin overlay is turned off already.

How can you advertise this product as one that have native controller support when it works only in the main menu? As it working only there it cannot be called "native controller support" as advertised. This is common practice to provide your client with false information? I got MICROSOFT XBOX Series X controller which works with every game but not ME: Legendary Edition. When you choice for example Mass Effect 1 there is no controller support and it simply do not work.

@EA_Atic Same problem here. Xbox Series Controller, wireless connection to latest Xbox wireless adapter. Launching from steam or origin makes no difference. Mele Game launcher works fine, but the games themselves don’t pick up the controller.

Title.

The launcher has no issue detecting and receiving my gamepad inputs, but within any of the games, there is no controller support of any kind. I got to gameplay in ME1 to see if maybe the issue was only in the menus, but now the game isn't detecting the controller whatsoever. What's happening?

What controller do you have? I can't use a DualShock 4 controller unless I use DS4Input to use it as an Xbox controller.

After a lot of testing this morning, I found that at least when launching through Steam and using a PS4 controller, you have to go into Big Picture mode and enable Playstation Configuration support for controllers to work in-game, and not just in the launcher. However, the controller button prompts will display as Xbox controls no matter what controller you're using.

Xbox Series Controller not working in-game. Tried to launch via Origin and EA Play. Not workinbg for both.

@EA_Atic - Same issue as @ColSugarLemons . I'm using an Xbox One Bluetooth Controller. Works fine in the very first launcher menu (where you select ME1, 2 ,or 3) but stops working once in ME1. I purchased and launched the game via Steam
EDIT: XBOX CONTROLLER FIXED: I had other controllers/joysticks plugged into my computer via USB that were causing issues. I launched the game via Steam Big Picture Mode and enabled Xbox configuration Support and Extended Feature Support. Controller is now working properly.
