ME1 audio issue - dialog & sfx in surrounds instead of center

Mass Effect 1 dialog and sfx audio is coming from the rear/surround speakers instead of the center channel, meaning that conversations, weapons fire etc are all coming from behind the player instead...

Yeah—same here. Have tried several different settings on the PS5, my TV, my Sound system, and the sound keeps coming out of the wrong speakers. Double-checked other games, etc., and no issues. Returning the game because it makes the game difficult to play / enjoy.
