ME1 audio issue - dialog & sfx in surrounds instead of center

same here, and it is really distracting at best, infuriating at the worst. it's been two weeks and it's just radio silence here. i haven't touched the game since, i should probably just return it if they're not going to acknowledge this is a big problem!
