ME1 legendary can't board normandy

If you are on a PC try to repair the game.

(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

No change.

Just tried reinstalling the game and no change as well.  Anyone got a ME1 game save I could test?  I don't want to risk wasting 5 hours to restart the game just to find I have the same issue again.

Is there is no interaction spot at all, or is it simply not working?

The only interactable object when stuck in the airlock is the exit normandy wall switch.  The door to exit the airlock into the bridge looks like a static door.  The door switch for it is dead and the door has no interaction.  Ill take a picture or video tomorrow and post it.

I figured out what happened, now I wish I knew why cause I lost 5 hours of gameplay because of it.  On my first run through, when I entered the Normandy after talking to Anderson, the cut scene where Shepard speaks to Joker and addresses the crew didn't play, thus keeping me stuck in the airlock.  I started a new character and everything played correctly this time.  Airlock is working as well.

Have you figured out what triggered it? I have exactly the same problem and I am not gonna play the whole Citadel again ☹️
