ME1:LE squadmates refuse to follow orders stand in place

So I hit feros after the last patch and it was initially all ok, but after entering the stairwell into lower levels companions became glitchy and after reaching the varren fight they just stopped responding completely. They still react to stuff like turning on the valve and clearing the geths but otherewise they just stand in place and do nothing.... 

also they teleport on player when conversation starts but other than that ...nothing... please for god sake fix this..

I am on PC, Origin version
