Replying here, as this thread seems to be the best chance. This issue happened before the patch, and still persists after.
My in-game achievement menu (Extras > Achievements) shows that I have completed 25/25 shield warps to unlock the Warp Specialist achievement (First image). However, that same menu shows the achievement as grayed out as if I haven't unlocked it. The achievement also failed to unlock on Steam and Origin (Second image).
This is the only achievement I have this issue with and is stopping me from 100% achievements. When I try and warp shields in-game, the counter doesn't show up either, as the game thinks I've got the achievement, when clearly I haven't, because it failed to unlocked after I DID warp enough barriers.

Please don't post the same problem in multiple threads, the CMs will see you thread regardless and bumping an old thread will not raise the chances of a fix.
