The achievement for finishing Jacob's loyalty mission won't show in-game or on Origin. How do I get it? Also is there a way to check what version of MELE I'm running or update the game without losing the mods I have installed?

You can to repair the game (That will purge all Mods) or to try to finish the mission again, apart from that, it is almost impossible to find out why an achievement is not popping.

If you not block the auto update of games in Origin the game is on the newest version.
The up to date File-version of the Launcher is 2.0.0.48602.
