@id_sic These two files are not saves, just saved settings. Inside the Save > ME2 folder, you'd see a folder with the name of your Shepard, with saves inside that. If it's not there, your saves are gone or were never created.
Is your Documents directory in OneDrive? If you're not sure, search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
This will list the location of your Documents directory; let me know what it says. You can write username instead of your actual username if you want, but please leave the rest of the file path intact.
If your Documents folder is not in OneDrive, please let me know what antivirus you use.

In general, the fact is that Windows 11 has built-in controlled folder access by default, which protects folders such as "documents", "videos", "music", etc. This controlled access blocks suspicious applications from accessing folders that are considered system folders.
