ME3 Biotic throw issues

In ME2, when you Throw anybody off a ledge/cliff, it generally kills them regardless of their health.  Husks are killed instantly by throw (when maxed out at least).  But in ME3, I noticed something odd.  On Menae, there are plenty of cliffs and plenty of husks.  I've knocked SO many enemies off cliffs with Throw.  You'd think they're dead.  Nope!  I end up in a lull in combat, wondering why the mission isn't progressing.  I check it out and look around, and there are husks just laying on the rocks below!  Still have some health, but not moving.  I finish them off easily enough and then the mission progresses as normal, but I've never had this issue before AT ALL with the original ME3.  Anyone else?  Devs, something to patch up, I hope?

  • I noticed this yesterday (also on Menae) when I was looking at ammo drops on Mars (to see if they changed after the patch). One of the husks got thrown off a cliff and just landed in an unreachable part of the map (it could still be shot and killed, which ended the fight and triggered the auto-save).

I don't know if it's related to the physics bug where enemies are getting stuck prone on the ground after being knocked down or if it's something else; I don't remember what the behavior was in the original version.
