ME3 LE PC crash after clicking resume or start on homescreen

I have played through the legendary edition before already. This playthrough I got to the very end of the game right before starting the final 2 missions, and I was in the citadel dlc about to start the part. The night prior my game was a little slow but nothing crazy.

Now once i hit the main menu my game crashes if i click resume or start me3. My other games play just fine its just me3 crashing.

I have verified the steam game integrity, uninstalled norton antivirus, deleted and redownloaded the game, updated my graphics drivers. Nothing has worked.

    1. Make sure Steam and EA app are closed.
    2. Disable the internet connection of your PC.
    3. Go to your "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 3” folder.
    4. Move the "Save" folder and the "BIOGame” folder to your desktop. (The folders must be gone from the original path!)
    5. Test the game.

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag “ (Without the quotes) in the new field. > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
    7. Type you massage > Reply.
